Terms of Service

Last updated September 6, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By applying for a workspace, signing in, or using any part of QuickCloseChat at lab.quickclosechat.com, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

The service

QuickCloseChat is a private, invitation-only preview that provisions a tenant-scoped Chatwoot workspace and a policy-controlled AI agent (“QuickClose AI”) that proposes and, once approved by policy, executes support actions through Chatwoot’s official APIs. Access is limited to businesses whose application has been reviewed and approved by an operator, and features may change, be added, or be removed without notice while the preview continues.

Accounts and eligibility

Owner accounts are authenticated through Google sign-in. You are responsible for the security of that Google account and for all activity under your workspace. You must provide accurate business information during onboarding and keep it current.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
  • Do not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, policy gates, or access controls.
  • Do not send content that violates the policies of connected channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) or the underlying LLM provider.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or probe the platform outside of your own workspace.

AI-assisted actions and human oversight

QuickClose AI proposes actions that are re-validated against your configured policy before any official Chatwoot API call is executed, and it is designed to fail closed—declining to act—when it is uncertain. Even so, AI-generated proposals can be wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing agent behavior, configuring policy appropriately, and taking over conversations where human judgment is needed. We do not guarantee that any action or response will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your business.

Third-party services

Your workspace depends on third-party infrastructure we don’t control, including Chatwoot, Google sign-in, your chosen LLM provider (OpenAI and/or Anthropic), and any messaging channel you connect. Your use of those channels is also subject to their own terms, and outages or changes on their end can affect the service.

Fees

Access during this private preview is provided as-is and free of charge unless we separately agree with you in writing. We may introduce pricing for continued or expanded access in the future, with advance notice.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or archive a workspace for a violation of these terms, a security concern, or at our discretion during this preview period. You may request archival of your own workspace at any time. Archival disables automation while preserving evidence already recorded.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, during this preview period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickCloseChat and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including actions taken by QuickClose AI.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the preview evolves. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
